This is a highly thick and creamy traditional balsamic vinegar featuring a taste that is both sweet and sour, and reminds that of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. The aroma is delicate yet persistent and presents hints of wood since it has been aged two months in sessile oak barrels as well as barriques.
