This Honey is the natural sweet substance produced by honeybees from the nectar of Litchi blossoms in spring season, which honeybees collect, transform and combine with specific substances of their own, store and leave in the honey comb to ripen and mature.
Litchi (Lychee) is one of the important sub-tropical fruit crops of Nepal after mango, banana and guava. Like the fruit, honey produced is sweet with fruity floral notes. The clearness of fruit is matched by the nectar, yielding a light colored honey.
