Rosemary oil is an essential oil derived from the flowers of Rosemarinus officinalis plant.
It helps to relieve muscle and joint pain, boost immunity, relieves symptoms of flu like cold cough and congestion, enchances memory and increases alertness fights against ageing and pemature greying of hair, treats dandruff and stimulates hair growth.
Use 1-2 drops of this oil in carrier oil (preferably almond oil) and massage the affected area.
